The difference between Dysfunction and Function
When used as nouns, dysfunction means a failure to function in an expected or complete manner. usually refers to a disorder in a bodily organ (e.g. erectile dysfunction), a mental disorder, or the improper behavior of a social group, whereas function means what something does or is used for.
When used as verbs, dysfunction means to fail to function correctly, whereas function means to have a function.
