The difference between Dialog and Soliloquy
When used as nouns, dialog means a conversation or other form of discourse between two or more individuals, whereas soliloquy means the act of a character speaking to themselves so as to reveal their thoughts to the audience.
When used as verbs, dialog means to discuss or negotiate so that all parties can reach an understanding, whereas soliloquy means to issue a soliloquy.
