The difference between Deal and Share

When used as nouns, deal means a division, a portion, a share, whereas share means a portion of something, especially a portion given or allotted to someone.

When used as verbs, deal means to distribute among a number of recipients, to give out as one's portion or share, whereas share means to give part of what one has to somebody else to use or consume.

Deal is also adjective with the meaning: made of deal.
