The difference between Daybreak and Dusk
When used as nouns, daybreak means dawn, whereas dusk means a period of time at the end of day when the sun is below the horizon but before the full onset of night, especially the darker part of twilight.
Dusk is also verb with the meaning: to begin to lose light or whiteness.
Dusk is also adjective with the meaning: tending to darkness or blackness.
