The difference between Cube and Hexahedron
When used as nouns, cube means a regular polyhedron having six identical square faces, whereas hexahedron means a polyhedron with six faces. the regular hexahedron is the cube itself, and is one of the platonic solids.
Cube is also verb with the meaning: to raise to the third power.
