The difference between Countless and Numberless
When used as adjectives, countless means too many to count, whereas numberless means without number.

Too many to count; innumerable or incalculable
Examples:
"There is a countless number of stars"

Without number; having too many to count.
Examples:
"The stars are as numberless as the grains of sand on a beach."
