The difference between Biologic and Biological

When used as nouns, biologic means an extremely complex drug, vaccine or antitoxin that is made from a living organism, or from products of a living organism, whereas biological means a biological product.

When used as adjectives, biologic means biological, whereas biological means of or relating to biology.
