The difference between Bicuspid and Premolar

When used as nouns, bicuspid means a tooth with two cusps, whereas premolar means a tooth situated in front of the molar teeth.

When used as adjectives, bicuspid means having two points or prominences, whereas premolar means before a molar tooth, either in physical position or in its time of development.
