The difference between Assertoric and Interrogative

When used as adjectives, assertoric means stating that which is actual, whereas interrogative means asking or denoting a question: as, an interrogative phrase, pronoun, or point.


Interrogative is also noun with the meaning: a word (pronoun, pronominal adjective, or adverb) implying interrogation, or used for asking a question: why, who, when, etc.
