The difference between Asbestos and Chrysotile
When used as nouns, asbestos means any of several fibrous mineral forms of magnesium silicate, used for fireproofing, electrical insulation, building materials, brake linings, chemical filters, suits, fireman's gloves, etc, whereas chrysotile means a fibrous silicate mineral with the chemical formula mg3(si2o5)(oh)4.
